Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to support their growth in BC, based in the lower mainland.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Growth
 

  • Drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing mechanical contractor partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the region.
     

Technical Expertise
 

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the HVAC product line.
  • Provide guidance on complex residential and light commercial projects.
     

Industry Partnerships
 

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, engineers, and developers.
     

Qualifications
 

  • 5+ years of HVAC wholesale or distribution sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems is preferred
  • Experience with VRF or heat pump technology is considered an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
