Location: Vancouver, BC (Lower Mainland) Victaulic, founded in 1919, revolutionized pipe assembly with the invention of the "Victory Joint." About The Role As a Territory Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth in the commercial and institutional sectors (including healthcare, education, hospitality, and community infrastructure). This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions that add value. You'll work closely with contractors, engineers, developers, and distributors to expand our presence and strengthen partnerships.

You'll be part of Victaulic’s Metro team, collaborating with colleagues to drive success across the region. This role requires a curious, humble, and eager-to-learn professional who enjoys developing deep customer relationships and identifying business opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Develop & Grow Accounts – Focus on existing relationships, learn about each customer's business, and uncover opportunities to provide solutions.
  • Consultative Sales Approach – Understand client challenges and recommend the best-fit products and services to meet their needs.
  • Strategic Market Engagement – Work with contractors, engineers, and distributors to drive product adoption in commercial and institutional projects.
  • Collaborate with the Metro Team – Leverage team insights and expertise to strengthen customer partnerships.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting – Track sales activity, market trends, and business opportunities.

What You Bring

  • 2-5 years of sales experience (ideally in B2B, construction, mechanical systems, or technical sales).
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills – Ability to connect with customers and create long-term partnerships.
  • Curious and Solutions-Oriented – Passion for learning, understanding client needs, and delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Mechanical Aptitude – Comfortable discussing technical concepts and learning about mechanical systems.
  • Self-Motivated & Collaborative – Able to work independently while leveraging the support of the Metro team.
  • Ability to travel locally (minimal overnight travel required).
