Description:

Bell Canada, one of Canada’s leading telecommunications providers, invites applications for its 2026 Internship Program in Technical Product Management. This program is designed for ambitious, tech-savvy students who aspire to build a meaningful career in technology, innovation, and product management.

As part of #TeamBell, interns will gain hands-on experience in driving technological transformation, supporting customer-centric initiatives, and contributing to projects that impact how Canadians connect, work, and learn. The internship offers a dynamic blend of training, mentorship, and real-world experience to help students grow professionally while working with cutting-edge technology and AI-driven tools.

This hybrid internship allows interns to work both remotely and on-site (minimum three days a week) while engaging in cross-functional projects and collaborating with experts across Bell’s technology, product, and innovation teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, manage, and enhance technical product roadmaps and digital solutions.

  • Support innovation and product lifecycle projects, ensuring efficient delivery of customer-centric solutions.

  • Conduct competitive benchmarking, market research, and data analysis to inform product strategy and business decisions.

  • Participate in project planning and implementation using agile and lean frameworks such as JIRA or Kanban.

  • Contribute to transformational initiatives that modernize Bell’s technological and operational capabilities.

  • Engage in mentorship and networking with Bell’s senior leaders and recent graduates.

  • Present insights and ideas to internal stakeholders, helping shape the direction of upcoming technologies and services.

  • Work on projects that deliver tangible value to customers and the organization.


Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a first-, second-, or third-year student pursuing a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.

  • Strong interest in product management, technology, and innovation.

  • Basic knowledge of project/program management tools and principles.

  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Kanban).

  • Technologically inclined, with awareness of AI, cloud computing, and emerging digital trends.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Goal-oriented mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

  • Eligibility to work in Canada and meet the hybrid work requirement (minimum three days on-site).
