Are you a seasoned Site Superintendent with a strong background in 4–6 storey wood-frame multi-family builds? We’re partnering with a reputable general contractor to find a driven construction leader ready to take charge of exciting residential projects in Edmonton.
🔨 What You’ll Do:
- Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Act as the primary on-site contact for project execution, site logistics, and workforce management.
- Monitor productivity, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, safety logs, and deficiency tracking.
✅ What You Bring:
- 10+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in multi-family residential construction, particularly low- to mid-rise wood-frame buildings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage 30+ subcontractors and vendors.
- Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction management tools.
