Subject Matter Expert

Description:

Infotree Global Solutions is hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Third Party Risk Management for a 3-month contract position in Montreal, Quebec. The role will support the third-party risk team in refining and operationalizing critical risk management processes across the organization.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week onsite, and bilingual fluency in French and English is mandatory.

The SME will play a pivotal role in driving documentation, process optimization, and tool configuration to enhance the third-party risk management function. The position focuses on three core areas:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, Documentation & Presentation of Methodology:

   • Create and document the full lifecycle of third-party risk management aligned with organizational standards.

   • Define and document methodologies for:

     • Post-signature lifecycle management

     • Concentration risk assessment and monitoring

     • Criticality assessments for third-party agreements

     • Control identification and monitoring of each third party

     • Compliance tracking via dashboarding aligned with regulatory requirements

     • Operational efficiency opportunities including task automation

2. Translation of Processes into Business Requirements:

   • Translate the above methodologies into detailed business requirements.

   • Prepare these requirements to configure and integrate into technological tools/platforms for seamless task operationalization.

3. Support Post-Deployment Activities:

   • Serve as a subject matter resource for stakeholders during and after tool/platform deployment.

   • Address queries, assist with update or training requests, and support process adherence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of third-party risk management frameworks and execution

• Bilingual: French and English (mandatory)

• Strong documentation and analytical skills

• Experience with operational process transformation and automation

• Ability to act as a key liaison between business needs and technology solutions

• Prior exposure to regulatory compliance in risk-related functions

Contract Duration: 3 Months
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite in Montreal weekly)
