Description:

JJS is looking for a talented Digital marketing and website Coordinator intern to elevate our corporate presence and execution on specific social channels – specifically in the Quebec market.

You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding and supporting the sales team with both training and posting.

As the coordinator, you are up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You have excellent French first communications skills and are familiar with the Canadian market with a focus on Quebec.

You will help implement the corporate social media strategy, with a particular focus in the French language market.

Your self-motivated attitude will be your strongest asset as you work both independently and in collaboration with our teams. The position will report to the Marketing Assistant Manager.

TERM

July – September with possibility of ongoing part-time work and/or contract renewal at the discretion of JJS.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.

· Maintain and implement the JJS Social Media calendar with direction from the marketing team.

· Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content on a regular basis (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) – specifically in French.

· Collaborate with our sales team and help support building social media presence for the sales reps – with a focus on the Quebec market.

· Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer feedback.

· Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness.

· Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

· Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

· Provide updates and maintenance to the JJS website in Wordpress
