As a Senior Digital Strategist, you will be a key contributor to developing and executing cutting-edge digital campaigns that not only meet but exceed client objectives. This position requires a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, data analysis tools, and market trends, as well as a collaborative mindset and bilingual communication skills.

You will be part of a high-performing team dedicated to creating meaningful brand-consumer relationships by delivering innovative solutions across digital channels. The role is ideal for an individual with deep expertise in media strategy and a passion for staying ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and recommend 360-degree digital strategies and campaigns tailored to client goals and market trends

  • Propose and manage special digital projects, sponsorships, and explore emerging opportunities in the digital space

  • Deliver high-impact presentations of strategic plans, reports, and campaign analyses to internal and external stakeholders

  • Analyze customer data from platforms such as Facebook, Google Analytics, and CM, supported by external data tools like Comscore and eMarketer

  • Train, mentor, and support junior team members by sharing knowledge, tools, and best practices in digital marketing

  • Collaborate across departments and challenge internal and external stakeholders to optimize campaign effectiveness and apply new innovations

  • Keep up with the latest digital trends and technologies to ensure campaigns remain forward-thinking and competitive


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a proven background in media planning and campaign management

  • Expertise in digital platforms, tracking tools, and performance analytics

  • Fully bilingual (French and English), with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

  • Strong ability to synthesize complex data and explain results in a simple, effective manner

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver high-quality results within short timeframes

  • Collaborative and team-oriented with a genuine interest in knowledge sharing and mentorship
