This role is central to building secure, scalable, and reliable features that power both internal teams and client portals. The Developer will work closely with product, design, and operations leaders to transform complex business challenges into elegant technical solutions, contributing to Directive’s mission of driving measurable revenue and shaping the future of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement APIs, services, and system integrations powering client-facing portals and internal tools.

• Translate business problems into technical solutions with incremental rollouts and risk mitigation strategies.

• Ensure data accuracy for marketing analytics (e.g., WoW/MoM metrics) with reliable filtering and validation.

• Establish secure access controls, implement least-privilege principles, and manage sensitive data responsibly.

• Monitor and optimize systems through telemetry, alerts, and runbooks to ensure quick issue resolution.

• Ship features to production, improve system performance, and reduce costs while maintaining strong UX.

• Document technical decisions with clear specifications and RFCs.

Preferred Skills (Additional Advantage):

• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), GA4, and paid media APIs.

• Experience with security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).

• AI integration experience with Vertex AI or other LLM APIs.

• React/TypeScript proficiency with accessibility and performance optimization.

• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and KPI-driven decision making.

Level-Specific Expectations:

• Senior Developers: Lead cross-team feature design, define integration contracts, coordinate vendors, ensure reliability, and mentor peers.

• Intermediate Developers: Deliver clean code end-to-end, contribute to designs, raise risks early, and support staged rollouts.
