Description:
As part of Clutch’s Production team, the Shuttler Driver plays a key role in ensuring vehicles move efficiently through our onboarding and reconditioning process. This role supports inventory readiness by transporting vehicles safely and on time between vendors, storage locations, and Clutch facilities.
What You’ll Do
- Shuttle vehicles between vendors, storage yards, and Clutch facilities
- Support vehicle onboarding and detailing teams as required
- Assist with organizing vehicles in the warehouse and outdoor lots
- Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any issues or damage
- Ensure vehicles are handled safely and in line with company policies
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements
- Meet daily shuttle and turnaround targets
- Work closely with the Production team to support inventory readiness
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum G2 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Previous driving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team

- Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to enter and exit vehicles frequently and stand or walk for extended periods
