Labatt Breweries of Canada is seeking AZ Drivers for its Mississauga Distribution Centre, the largest AB-InBev distribution site in the world. This full-time, unionized, on-site position offers consistent schedules, excellent earning potential through piecework and bonuses, and long-term opportunities within one of Canada’s most iconic brewers.

This is a physically demanding yet rewarding role that combines professional driving with logistical execution, directly supporting the timely distribution of Labatt’s beverage portfolio, including brands like Budweiser, Stella Artois, Corona, and NÜTRL.

As an AZ Driver, you'll handle local and regional deliveries, interact with clients and distribution partners, and operate various trailer configurations (including 53’ quad axle and B Trains). You will be responsible for accurate delivery, adherence to driving regulations, and safe handling of Labatt’s products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct safe and efficient delivery of beer products to retail and commercial locations across Ontario

• Drive and operate various trailer types including 53-foot quad axles and B Trains

• Hook/unhook trailers, complete deliveries, and log delay times and delivery metrics

• Maintain accurate electronic logs using Geotab or similar platforms

• Ensure load safety, PPE compliance, and adherence to company policies

• Engage in physical loading/unloading, including lifting items up to 80 lbs

• Maintain professional appearance and customer service standards during all interactions

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid AZ driver’s license with at least 1 year of clean driving history

• Clean driver’s abstract and recent CVOR required at time of application

• Proficiency in operating manual transmissions (13-speed) strongly preferred

• Experience with material handling equipment

• Strong knowledge of Ontario road networks

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Physical stamina for lifting, climbing, standing, bending, and working in varied environments

• Willingness to work fixed afternoon shifts for at least 6 months (start between 2–4 PM)

• Ability to wear all mandated PPE (safety boots, glasses, hearing protection, etc.)
