Description:

VTRAC Consulting Corporation is seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Developer and Administrator to join their dynamic and collaborative team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in ServiceNow application development, administration, and customization, particularly using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI actions. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions, ensuring seamless operations across the ServiceNow platform.

In this role, you will also manage user roles, groups, and access controls, provide ongoing system support and maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and develop custom reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights. Staying current with the latest ServiceNow releases and features is essential to optimize platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.

• Design and implement workflows, business rules, and UI actions within ServiceNow.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and performance monitoring for ServiceNow instances.

• Configure and maintain user roles, groups, and access controls.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them promptly.

• Create and manage custom reports and dashboards for actionable insights.

• Stay updated on new ServiceNow releases and features to leverage platform advancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of overall technology experience with at least 4 years in ServiceNow development and administration.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services integration.

• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer will be an advantage.
