Flynn Group of Companies, North America’s leading trade contractor specializing in commercial roofing, glazing, waterproofing, and architectural metals, is seeking a Service Account Manager for its Winnipeg location. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional in the roofing or construction industry who has strong business development skills and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
As a Service Account Manager, you will play a key role in growing and expanding Flynn’s roofing service business. You will work closely with both the local and national teams to develop and maintain relationships with clients, follow up on quotes and tenders, and promote Flynn’s services through meetings, industry events, marketing, and social media. You will also be responsible for preparing accurate takeoffs, estimates, and work orders in a timely manner, while supporting overall business development objectives.
The role requires excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to deliver presentations both in person and virtually. Proficiency in MS Office and construction software such as Bluebeam or AutoCAD is essential, as well as a clear understanding of contract documents.

Key Responsibilities:
Grow and expand Flynn’s roofing service business in Winnipeg.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, including national accounts at the local level.
Follow up on quotes, tenders, and service opportunities.
Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry associations.
Promote Flynn’s services through presentations, marketing, and social media.
Prepare accurate takeoffs, estimates, and work orders within set timelines.
Support business development initiatives and corporate objectives.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in the roofing or construction industry.
Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
Entrepreneurial drive with a focus on business growth.
Proficiency in MS Office and construction-related programs such as Bluebeam/AutoCAD.
Clear understanding of contract documents.
