Senior Technical Program Manager

Description:

Arctic Wolf, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex programs across its cybersecurity software and services organization. This role involves managing programs through all stages of a product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale cybersecurity programs from initiation to completion.

• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables across engineering, product management, marketing, legal, sales, and customer success teams.

• Oversee program governance, risk management, and compliance with industry security standards.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment.

• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program execution, team collaboration, and customer satisfaction.

• Mentor and coach team members, developing best practices and frameworks across the organization.

• Lead technical due diligence, evaluating system architecture, performance, and scalability for high-impact initiatives.

• Provide strategic influence and thought leadership to guide executive decision-making on product strategy and technology investments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field.

• 15+ years of experience in technical/product roles managing large-scale software deployments.

• 15+ years of program/project management experience, including 10+ years in software development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification.

• Experience in cybersecurity.

• Degree in a technical area.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, and technologies.

• Expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, SAFe) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Aha!).

• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
