Senior Tax Analyst

Deloitte is seeking a seasoned and driven Senior Tax Analyst to join their Global Employer Services (GES) practice. This opportunity provides professionals a chance to be part of one of the world’s largest providers of global mobility and tax advisory services, with a focus on Canadian and U.S. personal income tax, social security obligations, cross-border payroll, and relocation policy matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored tax solutions for a variety of multinational clients with cross-border workforce needs.

• Advise on Canadian and foreign tax compliance issues, compensation structuring, and expatriate tax planning.

• Manage global tax compliance engagements that require expertise in both Canadian and U.S. tax regulations.

• Support clients across sectors like financial services, consumer business, aerospace, engineering, and mining.

• Mentor and guide junior team members in a collaborative environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Holds a Master’s degree in Tax or a professional accounting designation.

• Possesses 5+ years of experience in mobility tax, including advisory services and compliance.

• Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both English and French.

• Comfortable with a hybrid work model and open to Canadian travel with occasional international travel.

• Willing to work extended hours during peak periods.
