We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative I to join our team on a 6-month contract in Toronto, ON.

Position Details
• Location: Toronto, ON
• Duration: 6-Month Contract
• Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities
• Manage assigned customer accounts through phone calls and emails.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and build strong customer relationships.
• Monitor shipment holds and account notifications.
• Work with Operations and Management to resolve disputes and accelerate collections.
• Investigate unapplied payments and identify problem accounts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities.
• Prepare and monitor monthly cash forecasts.
• Achieve individual and departmental collection goals.

Requirements
• Spanish language proficiency is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit & Collections.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• College Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience.
