Description:
Technical Experience
- Must have 5+ years of software development experience in backend
- Preferred: C# (C-Sharp), ASP.NET MVC
- Acceptable: Java, Ruby or similar backend language
- MS SQL, Postgres or any relational database
- Strong experience building and maintaining SaaS web applications
- Must have hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform:
- AWS, Azure, GCP or similar
Backend Development
- Experience designing, developing, and optimizing backend services, APIs, and databases
- Strong understanding of scalability, performance, and security best practices
Preferred
- Microservices, Distributed systems
- Experience with Jenkins
- Familiarity with PowerShell for automation and scripting
- Familiarity with Terraform
Leadership & Communication
- Has proactively identified and fixed major system issues or bottlenecks
- Has mentored junior developers
- Has driven process improvements or architectural enhancements
- Can explain the business impact of their work
