Senior Project Manager

Description:

The Senior Business Analyst will support CJDD product initiatives, participating in various working groups and collaborating closely with Ministry clients, stakeholders, delivery leads, technical and QA teams, and subject matter experts. The resource will be accountable for applying technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Business Case and Requirements Elicitation, Business Solution and Options Analysis, Business Process Model, Product Journey and feature structure mapping, User Story elaboration and prioritization. This role plays an important part in creating business architecture artifacts, validating test strategy and plans, and supporting implementation, transition, and sustainment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation: Participate in creation of high-quality business process, business solution, business architecture, product journey maps, system requirements, change management plans, and process development for service transition and operation
• Support: Assist with troubleshooting production issues and support day-to-day operations
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with business partners to analyze complex problems and understand business goals and objectives
• Testing: Support QA team testing activities including taking a key role in Test Strategy and Plan, User Acceptance Testing, and training
