Parker Huggett, a division of LRO Staffing, is partnering exclusively with one of Toronto’s top General Contractors to hire a Senior Project Manager for high-profile civil and transit infrastructure projects in the Greater Toronto Area. This full-time, permanent on-site role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of transit in Ontario and lead major infrastructure works valued at over $200 million.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale civil or transit projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

• Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, manage project teams, and collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Drive planning, scheduling, and risk management, while maintaining strategic control over construction activities.

• Foster a positive team environment that supports high performance and accountability.

• Act as a key point of contact for senior leadership and stakeholders on major infrastructure initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Extensive experience in civil or transit infrastructure projects, preferably with values exceeding $200M.

• Demonstrated success working with a General Contractor on large, complex jobs.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate on-site personnel.

• Strategic thinking and hands-on project oversight experience.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships across all levels of the project.

• A driven, self-motivated individual eager to take on significant responsibility.
