Senior Program Manager

Description:

EPAM Systems is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead and manage large-scale digital transformation projects for top-tier clients in Toronto, ON. As part of a global leader in digital platform engineering and development services, this role offers the opportunity to work on innovative and impactful initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional and multinational teams.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will oversee the delivery and execution of complex digital programs. The role demands excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, along with a deep understanding of digital consulting and agile delivery frameworks. You will be the central point of coordination for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery of strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs for key clients.

• Evaluate current digital project, program, and portfolio practices to recommend improvements.

• Manage day-to-day operations for program teams including external vendors and partners.

• Coordinate project plans, define scope, capture dependencies and deliverables, and track progress.

• Facilitate regular meetings and provide transparent status updates and escalation processes.

• Create and maintain all program documentation and communication plans.

• Align program execution with business objectives and define performance metrics.

• Partner with Account Management to roadmap client goals and work with PMs on actionable delivery plans.

• Travel to client sites as necessary for program execution and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of experience in program/project/delivery management with a focus on large-scale projects.

• Strong understanding of the digital consulting landscape and agile methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven experience in organizing and driving successful deliveries with multi-disciplinary teams.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking capabilities.

Compensation:

• Annual Salary Range: CA$145000 – CA$170000

• Monthly Equivalent: CA$12083 – CA$14166 (approximate)

• Final offer depends on candidate’s experience, credentials, and market factors.
