Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Multi-Channel Marketing to develop, implement, and execute growth strategies and beverage solutions for a national portfolio of retail clients across Canada. Reporting to the Retail Marketing Director, the Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in driving beverage sales, increasing profitability at Canadian retail points of sale, and building strong partnerships with marketing teams, brands, and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities include leading a multi-channel retail marketing team of four direct reports, creating innovative in-store and online retail strategies for various store formats (grocery, mass retail, convenience stores, and gas stations), and mentoring team members in creating briefs, custom programs, marketing strategies, and creative execution. The Senior Manager will oversee the implementation of national retail marketing strategies, coordinate with brand and category teams, manage marketing budgets to ensure productivity and ROI, and develop retail media investment strategies. Additionally, the role involves orchestrating client campaigns aligned with major events (Olympics, FIFA World Cup, product launches, meal/snacking strategies) and contributing to both short- and long-term retail marketing plans based on consumer insights.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), strong leadership and influencing skills, proven expertise in digital marketing (preferably in consumer packaged goods), and retail experience with major chains such as Loblaw, Walmart, Sobeys, Metro, Costco, or Gas & Convenience networks. Bilingualism (English/French) is preferred but not mandatory.
