We are looking for an experienced Development Manager – Lending Technology to lead large-scale banking application development and technology transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end application development and technology delivery initiatives.
Manage multiple development teams, including onsite, offshore, and vendor resources.
Drive Agile delivery, engineering governance, release management, and production stability.
Manage project milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
Lead complex banking technology transformations and application integrations.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
13+ years of overall IT experience.
Strong experience in Development Management / Application Development Management.
Solid Banking and Financial Services domain experience.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end Lending Lifecycle, including Loan Origination, Underwriting, Credit Decisioning, Loan Servicing, Payments, and Collections.
Experience with Consumer, Commercial, Mortgage, or Small Business Lending.
Knowledge of Core Banking systems and integrations with CRM, Credit Bureaus, Payments, Risk, and Fraud platforms.
Strong leadership, vendor management, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management skills.
