Project Manager

Description:

This Project Manager/Leader Senior opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional with strong expertise in audio-visual and videoconferencing technology, project delivery, stakeholder management, procurement coordination, risk management, change management, and enterprise I&IT implementation.

In this role, you’ll lead complex audio-visual, videoconferencing, and I&IT projects as part of large multi-year initiatives. You’ll support planning, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, vendor coordination, client handover, and close-out activities while ensuring successful delivery across technical, operational, and business teams.

Duration: 12 Months Contract

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
• At least 5 years of audio-visual and videoconferencing technology experience.
• At least 10 years of project management experience leading medium to large-scale technical initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of audio-visual, communications, and I&IT deployment best practices.
• Experience with project planning, risk assessment, procurement planning, communication planning, and work breakdown schedules.
• Ability to manage vendors, contractors, client stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience supporting testing, installation, system validation, commissioning, and project close-out.
• Strong understanding of change management principles to support business and user adoption.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
• Previous OPS / Justice Sector experience would be an asset.
• Knowledge of building telecommunications infrastructure, VoIP, video over IP, and secure enterprise environments.
• Experience preparing business cases, presentations, tenders, and executive submissions.
• Strong ability to support budget planning, resource allocation, and financial management.
• Background in public sector I&IT projects is preferred.
