Description:

Deloitte, one of Canada’s leading professional services firms, is seeking a Senior Manager, Application Security to join its Technology and Transformation practice. The role is based in Toronto, Ontario, and follows a hybrid work model, offering flexibility and opportunities for professional growth.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex application security projects, primarily focused on Oracle Cloud, ERP, HCM, CRM, and SaaS environments. You will work closely with executive leadership to drive security initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain high standards of client engagement and service excellence. Your leadership and expertise will help clients address cybersecurity and privacy risks in enterprise application environments while developing and strengthening Deloitte’s presence in the application security domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex application security engagements, providing strategic guidance on Oracle Cloud security design, user lifecycle management, and segregation of duties.

• Oversee large-scale implementation projects involving multidisciplined and virtual teams.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring confidence in Deloitte’s application security solutions.

• Identify IT risks and weaknesses in SAP and other enterprise systems, recommending effective mitigation strategies.

• Contribute to business development, practice growth, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Collaborate with Deloitte’s global network of cybersecurity experts to enhance service offerings.

• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior staff while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in application security leadership within a professional services or consulting firm.

• Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud security architecture and access management.

• Strong knowledge of ERP, HCM, and CRM security principles.

• Experience with business process controls and cloud security frameworks.

• Relevant certifications such as CCSP or CISSP are highly preferred.

• Bilingual fluency (English and French) is an asset.

• Eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance.
