Senior Instructional Designer

Addepar, a global technology and data company serving the investment industry, is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer for its Help Center. This role is instrumental in shaping the future of training and support materials for clients and employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and providing comprehensive learning resources for Addepar’s multi-product platform.

The Sr. Instructional Designer will define and implement instructional strategies for complex learning projects, including course architecture, certification programs, and reusable content across Addepar’s learning ecosystem. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, and Services, to create curriculum scope, develop learning objectives, and design interactive training modules.

This role emphasizes creating best-in-class learning experiences using advanced instructional design methodologies, conducting content audits, analyzing engagement, and mentoring content creators. The ideal candidate will have a proven portfolio, strong writing skills (American English), and experience with e-learning tools, LMSs, content management systems, and platforms such as Figma, Zendesk, Confluence, and Jira.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing comprehensive learning paths, interactive courses, and training modules.

• Driving innovative learning solutions and self-guided learning strategies.

• Mentoring technical writers and guiding instructional design standards.

• Leading audits, optimizing learning content, and improving learner pathways.

• Acting as the primary instructional design liaison for cross-functional collaboration.
