Description:

R2 Global is seeking an experienced and professional Senior Finance F&O Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. This position requires a highly skilled functional consultant who can confidently manage large-scale Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects with precision, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial modules within D365 and will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from business analysis and process mapping to implementation, training, and post-go-live optimization. This role offers the chance to work on major enterprise projects that drive business transformation and digital innovation using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis, gather functional requirements, and perform process mapping to align business objectives with Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities.

• Develop and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDD) for implementations.

• Oversee functional installation, configuration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system accuracy and reliability.

• Deliver key user training, go-live support, and provide ongoing post-implementation process improvements.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and solution alignment throughout project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Implementation or Functional Consultant for Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).

• Strong understanding of D365 F&O ERP functionality, especially within financial modules such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Profit & Loss (PL), and Fixed Assets.

• Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end implementation cycles — from analysis and design to go-live and support.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
