Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is seeking a Senior Commercial Insurance Advisor to join its growing BC Interior team. The role involves providing expert insurance advice to commercial clients, managing relationships, mentoring junior staff, and supporting business development in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide insurance guidance and recommendations to small business clients.

• Build, maintain, and grow client relationships.

• Assist with underwriting, renewals, and policy servicing.

• Identify client needs and advocate on their behalf.

• Mentor and guide junior advisors.

• Contribute to client retention and business growth.

Qualifications:

• Level 2 Insurance Broker License (or working toward CAIB/CIP certification).

• Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance experience.

• Proven sales and client relationship management skills.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
