Westland Insurance is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Hybrid Road Agent to join our team! This full-time role is split between the office and local dealerships. Once fully trained, you will earn a competitive salary plus commission, giving you strong earning potential based on your performance. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and are driven by sales targets, we want to hear from you!

Expected Compensation: The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $24 to $30 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
