Insurance Advisors are responsible for proactively meeting customers’ needs in a high volume contact center. In this ever-changing environment, we are looking for team members who are passionate about customer service, that like to have fun and celebrate their successes together.

Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like
 

• Manage incoming call queues and maintain low wait times
• Answer customer inquiries, striving for one touch resolution for the customers
• Optimize sales opportunities in each call, while prioritizing customers’ needs
• Quickly access information from online databases to complete customers transactions
• Make outbound calls for customer policy renewals and account reviews
• Adapt your sales strategy based on the nature of your call, and customers priorities
   

The value you bring
 

• Minimum Level 1 General Insurance License; must obtain Level 2 License upon employment, employer paid and supported.
• 2-3 years in a sales or customer service role, previous Insurance or Call Centre experience an asset
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional experience building rapport with customers
• Comfort navigating databases and retrieving customer data efficiently
