What You Will Do

• Dive into briefs, client meetings, and research like a detective hunting for insights. Pay attention to the details that make great work even better.
• Work hand-in-hand with Copywriters, Designers, and Production partners to turn strategies and ideas into creative gold. Collaboration is key to making the magic happen.
• Present your ideas with confidence, selling clients on the vision and making sure the best creative sees the light of day.
• Bring creative concepts to life across every medium—broadcast, digital, print, and beyond. Keep it fresh, modern, and always in line with the brand’s identity.
• Lead the way for junior Art Directors and other team members, making sure every project is executed to perfection.

Who You Will Be…

• 7+ years of creative agency experience in art direction.
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional creativity and the ability to craft ideas (Note: Please include a link to your portfolio in your resume).
• Strong strategic thinker with the ability to ideate.
• Strong and clean design aesthetic.
• Expert with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Extremely detail oriented and organized.
• Professional and proactive with the ability to keep cool and think clearly under pressure.
• Experience leading creative projects from start to finish.
• Natural storyteller and excellent presentation skills.
• Produced work is a must and select spec ideas acceptable to show thinking.
