As a Senior Account Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor, responsible for owning and managing client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and manage long-term client relationships from sales through service.

• Identify potential exposure to loss and recommend the appropriate coverage.

• Handle policy renewals, policy changes, and cancellations with accuracy and timeliness.

• Provide exceptional customer service while navigating changing priorities throughout the day.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Minimum 5+ years of Commercial Insurance experience.

• Valid RIBO License.

• Bonus if you have experience in Trucking & Logistics.

• Ability to explain complex information in a clear, simple manner.

• Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
