Description:
As a Sales Representative for Nobel Biocare, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales plan for existing and new customers, analyzing customer and territory sales trends, and ensuring that sales goals are met. You will maintain relationships with current customers, identifying their needs and offering appropriate products, solutions, and services. Additionally, you will work on expanding the business by identifying prospective customers and converting them from competition. The role requires regular interaction with key thought leaders in the industry to help expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales plans for both existing and new customers, ensuring customer needs and characteristics are met.
Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends to plan activities aimed at achieving sales goals.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Implement creative marketing strategies to expand and grow core business.
Identify prospective customers and develop strategies to convert them from competitors.
Build and maintain relationships with key thought leaders in the industry to help expand market share.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sharing information across the organization.
Experience Requirements:
3-5 years of achievement-oriented sales experience, or equivalent, with direct competition.
At least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
Ability to drive a car as this is an essential part of the position.
Education:
An undergraduate degree in business or a related field is preferred.
