As a Sales Associate reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be the face of the store, creating positive experiences that encourage customers and contractors to return. Your main responsibility will be to greet customers warmly, understand their paint and supply needs, and provide expert advice to ensure they find the right products.

In this position, you will assess customer needs carefully, suggest solutions including paint mixing and color matching, and recommend complementary products like brushes and rollers to enhance their projects. Your work environment is a retail store where safety and cleanliness are priorities; you will maintain well-stocked shelves and handle inventory by lifting and moving products safely according to guidelines.

The position requires flexibility in working hours including Saturdays and occasional overtime. You should be comfortable using computer systems and internet applications to assist with store operations. Physical requirements include the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds, with regular lifting up to 50 pounds.
