Sales Advisor

Description:

H&M, a leading global fashion brand, is seeking a Sales Advisor to join its Winnipeg store. The Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by welcoming, guiding, and supporting customers while actively promoting and selling products. This role requires strong knowledge of fashion trends and products to provide accurate and engaging advice to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service and guiding customers through in-store and OMNI experiences.

• Promoting fashion trends, stories, products, and H&M initiatives, including the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability programs.

• Participating in sales, visual merchandising, store operations, and maintaining attractive merchandise displays.

• Completing the full garment cycle from unpacking and refilling to steaming, ensuring good garment care.

• Operating fitting rooms and checkout areas efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the sales floor and stockrooms.

• Supporting store opening and closing procedures while adhering to health, safety, and legal guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Passionate about fashion and providing excellent customer service.

• Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, flexibility, decisiveness, and action-oriented approach.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service in retail, fashion, or service industries.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
