The Assistant·e en réadaptation plays a key role in supporting the daily care and rehabilitation of clients across multiple residences in Montérégie. The position involves assisting users with basic care and daily activities, providing direct interventions based on established approaches, and ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
Write observation reports to ensure effective follow-up.
Conduct direct interventions according to established therapeutic approaches.
Support domestic activities including meal preparation and maintenance of living spaces.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal care.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all residents.

Qualifications:
High school diploma (DES) or proven experience in occupational therapy or comparable techniques.
