Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions for a diverse clientele.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation using the clinic’s provided management software.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and effective patient outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and team case discussions when required.

• Promote patient well-being and mental resilience through compassionate and ethical clinical practice.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Psychology (minimum requirement).

• License: Member in good standing with the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPPQ).

• Skills: High degree of autonomy, professionalism, empathy, and teamwork.

• Language: Proficiency in French required; bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset.

• Experience: Prior experience in private practice, clinical, or multidisciplinary healthcare settings preferred.

• Revenue Split: Psychologists retain 65% of professional fees; the clinic retains 35%.
