Description:

SCI Lease Corp, the exclusive captive leasing provider for Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, and Maserati vehicles, is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager for the Alberta region. This remote, full-time role reports directly to the Senior Vice President – Dealer Development and Support, and is pivotal in strengthening dealer relationships, expanding leasing activity, and driving growth in active dealership engagement.

As the Regional Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include growing the active dealer count, delivering in-depth lease training, increasing lease volume and retention, and supporting all leasing lifecycle phases from origination to remarketing. You will also play a key role in promoting SCI Lease Corp programs such as extended wear and tear coverage and leveraging digital tools to streamline the leasing process.

Key duties include:

  • Building and managing strategic relationships with FCA and Maserati dealership staff across multiple levels (General Managers, Sales Managers, Finance Managers, etc.)

  • Training dealership staff to successfully originate, manage, and renew leases

  • Driving growth through dealer engagement, volume-based strategies, and upstream remarketing initiatives

  • Using Salesforce to manage dealer activities and monitor performance

  • Supporting multiple internal departments by providing insights, feedback, and program support for Credit, Funding, Lease Maturity, and Remarketing

  • Participating in weekly and annual company meetings (mostly virtual)

You’ll also be expected to meet and exceed monthly and annual KPIs across various categories such as:

  • Acquisition: Lease submission volume, active dealer penetration, digital deal jacket utilization

  • Retention: Originating dealer buyout and return rates

  • Sales Growth: Channel optimization and upstream sale participation

  • Dealer Satisfaction: Feedback through annual surveys

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong sales and account management experience

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive leasing/financing and/or digital marketing

  • Ability to travel and operate independently from a remote office

  • Post-secondary degree is required
