As a Recruiter at HCR, you’ll leverage your experience and innovation to source, attract, and place top-tier candidates into permanent roles that align with client needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and contribute to a seamless, supportive recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize innovative sourcing methods, including job boards, company website, and social media, to attract top talent

• Conduct comprehensive recruitment processes to accurately match candidates to permanent job opportunities

• Collaborate regularly with HCR Managers and teams through virtual meetings

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external clients

• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and work within Microsoft 365

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience required

• Strong ability to multi-task with a results-driven, quality-focused mindset

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Tech-savvy, with experience using ATS platforms and Microsoft 365

• Must be flexible to work outside standard business hours as needed

• Preference given to candidates with manufacturing or industrial recruitment background
