Facet Recruitment is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead and strengthen its Quality function during an exciting period of organizational growth. This newly created leadership role is an opportunity to shape the future of quality within a growing manufacturer recognized globally for its innovative building automation solutions.

Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance & Sustainability, you'll provide leadership to Greystone's Quality team while overseeing the organization's ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Customer Service, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen manufacturing quality processes, and help ensure Greystone continues to deliver products that meet the evolving expectations of customers around the world.

Beyond maintaining quality systems, this role is about building capability. As Greystone continues to grow, expand its product portfolio, and support increasingly sophisticated customer requirements, you'll play a key role in evolving quality processes, supporting manufacturing excellence, and helping position the organization for long-term success.

We're looking for an experienced quality leader who brings a strong manufacturing background, expertise in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, and experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA). Experience within electronics, electrical, electromechanical, industrial automation, controls, sensors, HVAC equipment, aerospace, or similar engineered product manufacturing environments will be highly valued.
