We are hiring an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer for an active opportunity.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements and develop test strategies and test cases
• Perform functional, system integration, regression, smoke, and UAT testing
• Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom application functionalities
• Test Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Reports
• Execute end-to-end testing of Salesforce integrations and validate data migrations
• Identify, track, and retest defects while collaborating with developers and business analysts
• Maintain test documentation and prepare test summary reports

🛠️ Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce testing
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Experience in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Understanding of Salesforce Objects, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Security Models
• Experience testing Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps
• API testing using Postman or similar tools
• Strong SQL/SOQL skills for data validation

⭐ Nice to Have

• Salesforce test automation using Selenium, Tosca, or Provar
• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Salesforce Administrator certification or related Salesforce certifications
