🏢 Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8 Hours/Day

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to support aircraft maintenance quality processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain the highest standards of aviation safety and documentation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Review journey logs and technical records before filing
✅ Inspect aircraft maintenance records for compliance with Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and Maintenance Control Manual (MCM) requirements
✅ Review and follow up on Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Information
✅ Conduct quality inspections, audits, and surveillance checks
✅ Support corrective action plans and track deficiencies through resolution
✅ Monitor maintenance documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

🔹 Required Qualifications

✔️ Two-year post-secondary education with an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) certificate
✔️ Valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) Licence
✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience performing or supervising aircraft maintenance activities
✔️ Strong understanding of aviation maintenance documentation and regulatory compliance
✔️ Excellent organizational, communication, and technical documentation skills
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

⭐ Preferred Assets

• Quality assurance training in auditing, inspections, risk assessment, or technical writing
• Knowledge of Q-Pulse or similar quality tracking systems
• Aircraft-type training and experience with maintenance quality processes
