Key Responsibilities:

• Source and secure new property management clients throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with property owners, investors, and stakeholders.

• Represent the House of Rosie brand with integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

• Utilize brokerage marketing tools and resources to expand your client portfolio.

• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth handover and ongoing client service.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate and property management regulations.

• Network actively to identify potential business opportunities and partnerships.

• Provide expert advice to clients regarding property management strategies, leasing, and maintenance processes.

Qualifications:

• Valid RECA Property Management Licence (or currently in process).

• Demonstrated experience in property management, real estate sales, or client relations.

• Familiarity with property management software such as Buildium, Propertyware, or AppFolio is an asset.

• Must reside in or near Calgary, Alberta.

Compensation:

This role is commission-only, based on the management fees earned from each client brought to the brokerage.
There is no income cap, allowing you to grow your income proportionate to your effort and success in building a portfolio.
