Project Manager

Description:

Ephesus Construction LTD, a company specializing in exterior building envelope restoration and installation of various cladding wall systems, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all project site activities in Southern Ontario. This role is ideal for a motivated, organized, and energetic professional ready to contribute to a growing construction business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all activities on project sites.

• Liaise with Consultants, Building Owners, and Property Managers.

• Report project progress and updates to Head Office.

• Ensure projects comply with relevant standards, timelines, and quality requirements.

• Utilize computer skills for project management and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Self-starter, well-groomed, motivated, and well-organized.

• Strong computer skills; proficiency in ACAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop.

• Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code.

• Experience in restoration work and understanding of Building Science is an asset.

• Valid Province of Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
