Project Manager

Description:

Sun Life is seeking a Bilingual Implementation Project Manager (French & English) for its Group Retirement Services division. The successful candidate will manage the accurate and timely implementation of new clients and major revisions to existing ones. This role involves close collaboration with clients, advisors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality business solutions in alignment with project management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define quality business solutions using standard service offerings.

• Manage all phases of assigned projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery.

• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines with clear deliverables.

• Proactively manage changes, risks, issues, and actions.

• Build and maintain strong client, advisor, and consultant relationships.

• Provide regular project updates to all stakeholders.

• Represent Implementation at finalist presentations.

• Coordinate multi-site project teams using strong leadership and facilitation skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual in French and English (both written and verbal).

• Proven experience in project management with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Solid understanding of Group Retirement Services and administrative practices.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Assets:

• PMP certification or equivalent.

• Previous experience in Group Retirement Services operations, sales, or service.
