We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Power BI Reporting Program in an Agile/Scrum environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Power BI program delivery using Agile, Scrum & Project Management practices
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews & Retrospectives
• Manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports & executive dashboards
• Coordinate Business, Data Architecture, Power BI, QA & Infrastructure teams
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, budget & change control
• Drive stakeholder engagement and executive communication
• Ensure alignment with federal government governance requirements
✅ Required Skills:
• 10+ years of overall professional experience
• Strong Scrum / Agile / Project Management experience
• Power BI / BI reporting program delivery experience
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team management
• Experience with RAID, risk, dependency & change management
• Minimum 7 years of work history in Canada
• Eligibility for Pro-B Security Clearance
