About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Proven project/scope leadership within a civil infrastructure contracting environment
• Strong relationship-building and critical thinking skills to manage diverse stakeholders in collaborative contract models
• Hunger to learn and the humility to know there’s always more to learn
• Hands-on experience with Joint Venture Dynamics, Progressive Design Build, and Alliance Model Contracts
• Passion for collaboration
