What You Will Do
- Provide regular look-ahead status reporting and support to the Pipeline Core Programs Execution Manager and a team of 6 Project Managers on upcoming deliverables ensuring pipeline right of way projects within the Core Programs Pipe Repair and Replacement Worktype Plan are progressing according to plan.
- Organize, attend, and participate in internal and external partner meetings, providing a single point of contact for the Project Managers for various Core Programs Initiatives.
- Ensure various Projects organizational and compliance systems are populated and maintained (Power BI, Kahua, SharePoint, JIRA, Maximo, Encompass, Oracle, etc.).
- Lead the coordinator of project closeouts, working directly with construction, regional operations, project controls, environment, lands and finance stakeholders.
- Track and ensure resolution of stakeholder requests. This includes third party access to Enbridge systems.
- Make and send presentations and reports as needed to appropriate departments, companies, and agencies.
Who You Are
- Degree, diploma, or certificate in a related field.
- 4 or more years of experience or a combination of education and construction/engineer/operations experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and office software tools. Experience with SharePoint, TEAMS and Power BI is an asset.
- Motivated self-starter, with great people skills who work well independently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Predict obstacles, challenges, and risks to proactively determine mitigation strategies and innovative solutions to problems.
- Valid passport and ability to travel to the US and throughout Canada.
- Hold a valid driver’s license, which will be verified with a motor vehicle check prior to hire.
