Seneca Polytechnic is inviting experienced aviation professionals to join its School of Aviation Talent Pool to help shape the next generation of aviation leaders. With campuses in Newnham and Peterborough, the School has been at the forefront of aviation education since 1968, offering a full spectrum of training programs including Aviation Operations, Aviation Safety, Flight Services, Operations & Cabin Management, and the Honours Bachelor of Aviation Technology.
Selected candidates will become part of a diverse faculty dedicated to hands-on, career-focused training using advanced flight planning tools, state-of-the-art simulators, a modern aircraft fleet, and full-scale A320 and B737 cabin trainers.
Deliver engaging and practical aviation instruction in areas such as flight operations, simulator instruction, and aviation safety.
Mentor students pursuing CPL, ATPL, and integrated aviation programs.
Provide leadership in flight line oversight, operational duties, and aviation management.
Contribute to curriculum development, industry collaboration, and aviation excellence initiatives.
Support a diverse and inclusive learning environment, fostering student success and professional growth.
Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
Category 1 Aviation Medical Certificate
Class 4 or higher Flight Instructor Rating
Group 1 or 3 Instrument Rating
Experience in integrated CPL or ATPL training and SOP-based operations
Bonus: Experience in simulator instruction, flight line leadership, or post-secondary teaching
Pay: Based on experience
