Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10–15 employees, including one team lead.

• Drive operational KPIs and targets, ensuring daily performance goals are met or exceeded.

• Provide immediate coaching and resolve operational challenges as they arise.

• Oversee workflow prioritization, resource allocation, and shift scheduling.

• Ensure accurate use of CRM and inventory management systems.

• Monitor and report on key metrics, presenting insights to leadership regularly.

• Implement and optimize new initiatives while maintaining focus on core performance objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Enforce safety procedures and maintain high standards for vehicle readiness before listing online.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, or retail.

• 2–3 years of leadership experience managing teams in a target-driven setting.

• Proven experience with CRM and technology-driven inventory management.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as required.

• Team player with a hands-on leadership approach and strong attention to detail.
