The Responsibilities Of The Front-end UX Product Manager Include
- Conducting user research to gather insights on client needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Defining the product vision and strategy from a user experience perspective, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborating with UI designers, developers to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that enhance usability.
- Engaging with internal stakeholders and valuation specialists to collect feedback and insights that inform product development.
- Mapping user journeys to identify opportunities for improvement in the client experience.
- Reviewing design concepts and providing feedback to ensure user-centric solutions.
- Overseeing usability testing and incorporating user feedback to refine product designs.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure that UX aligns with overall business goals.
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Computer Science, Interaction Design or Business; advanced degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in product management or UX design, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in UX/UI, including user research, creating user personas, journey maps, and information architecture.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts and terminology relevant to private markets.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret user data and feedback effectively.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing is highly desirable.
