The Front-end UX Product Manager will enhance the user experience by applying user-centered design principles, conducting research, and iterating on product designs. The Responsibilities Of The Front-end UX Product Manager Include
 

  • Conducting user research to gather insights on client needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Defining the product vision and strategy from a user experience perspective, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with UI designers, developers to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that enhance usability.
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders and valuation specialists to collect feedback and insights that inform product development.
  • Mapping user journeys to identify opportunities for improvement in the client experience.
  • Reviewing design concepts and providing feedback to ensure user-centric solutions.
  • Overseeing usability testing and incorporating user feedback to refine product designs.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure that UX aligns with overall business goals.
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement and satisfaction.
     

What We’re Looking For
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Computer Science, Interaction Design or Business; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or UX design, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in UX/UI, including user research, creating user personas, journey maps, and information architecture.
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts and terminology relevant to private markets.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret user data and feedback effectively.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing is highly desirable.
