Greystone Energy Systems is seeking a Director of Product Management, a builder, strategist, and leader, to shape the company’s product vision, lead a growing team, and drive innovation across multiple locations. Role Overview

The Director of Product Management will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to delivery to in-life performance management, while establishing a world-class product management organization. This leader will define strategy, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment across engineering, design, sales, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision; create short-term and long-term roadmaps aligned with market needs and business objectives.
• Leadership & Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Product Management team; implement scalable processes and frameworks.
• Execution & Process Excellence: Ensure timely delivery of initiatives; apply disciplined prioritization and track KPIs for product success.
• Customer & Market Insight: Gather insights through research, data, and direct engagement; incorporate feedback into product planning and development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align stakeholders across departments and represent the Product Management team in leadership discussions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, including 3+ years in leadership role.
• Proven experience building and scaling teams, processes, and frameworks across multi-location organizations.
• Knowledge of HVAC, sensor, or gas detection technologies is preferred.
• Strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is an asset.
• Exceptional strategic leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
